Leadership does not begin with tools. It begins with the person who leads.

Being Human 22 programs develop leadership where it truly begins - in the leader inner state, in the quality of the relationships they co-create, and in the way they decide, act, and communicate in complex environments.

This is not another toolkit.

The programs work with the place from which a leader acts - the quality of attention, the ability to regulate inner and outer pressure, the capacity to cultivate one inner state, and to hold direction even in uncertainty.
